Folio, 281x201 mm, later pigskin over wooden boards, blind-tooled to panel design with Holy Monogram (front) and Virgin and Child device (rear) in center of covers, remnants of clasps, catches lacking, recased, rear endpapers renewed; small wormholes through covers and front and rear of contents not impairing legibility, light dampstain in upper outer corner of opening leaves, scattered cropped early marginalia, contents otherwise relatively clean.
